A useful calculation report
Do not send account passwords, government identification numbers, tax returns, bank details, full employment contracts, or other sensitive documents. A minimal reproducible scenario is usually more useful than a screenshot containing personal information.
Calculation issue
Inputs, expected result, displayed result, browser, and whether the problem repeats.
Data correction
Metro, metric, source vintage, displayed value, and an official replacement source.
Accessibility issue
Page, control, device, browser, assistive technology, and the blocked task.
Order support
Use the order reference, but never include card or banking credentials.
How correction requests are handled
A request is checked against the current page, calculator logic, and cited public source. Public-source errors are not silently rewritten as if they were official data; the product either waits for a source correction or labels its own transformation and limitation.
Product and editorial corrections can change the code, explanation, or displayed boundary. Response timing depends on the issue, and submitting a request does not guarantee that a suggested interpretation will be adopted.
